If I had another Life

If God, for a second, forgot what I have become and granted me a little bit more of life, I would use it to the best of my ability.

I wouldn't possibly, say everything that is in my mind, but I would be more thoughtful of all I say…I would give merit to things not for what they are worth, but for what they mean to express..

I would sleep less, I would dream more, because I know that for

every minute that we close our eyes, we waste 60 seconds of light.

I would walk while others stop; I would awake while others sleep.

If God would give me a little bit more of life, I would dress in a simple manner, I would place myself in front of the sun, leaving not only my body, but my soul naked at its mercy….

To all , I would say how mistaken they are when they think that they stop falling in love when they grow old, without knowing that they grow old when they stop falling in love….

I would give wings to children, but I would leave it to them to learn how to fly by themselves.

To old people I would say that death doesn't arrive when they grow old, but with forgetfulness.

I have learned so much with you all, I have learned that everybody wants to live on top of the mountain, without knowing that true

happiness is obtained in the journey taken & the form used to reach the top of the hill.

I have learned that when a newborn baby holds, with its little hand, his father's finger, it has trapped him for the rest of his life.

I have learned that a man has the right and obligation to look down at another man, only when that man needs help to get up from the ground..

Say always what you feel, not what you think. If I knew that today is the last time that that I am going to see you asleep, I would hug you with all my strength and I would pray to the Lord to let me be the

guardian angel of your soul….

If I knew that these are the last moments to see you, I would say "I love you".

There is always tomorrow, and life gives us another opportunity to do things right, but in case I am wrong, and today is all that is left to me, I would love to tell you how much I love you & that I will never forget you.

Tomorrow is never guaranteed to anyone, young or old. Today could be the last time to see your loved ones, which is why you mustn't wait; do it today, in case tomorrow never arrives. I am sure you will be sorry you wasted the opportunity today to give a smile, a hug, a kiss, and that you were too busy to grant them their last wish.

Keep your loved ones near you; tell them in their ears and to their faces how much you need them and love them. Love them and treat them well; take your time to tell them "I am sorry";" forgive me"," please“, "thank you", and all those loving words you know!

Nobody will know you for your secret thought. Ask the Lord for wisdom and strength to express them.

Show your friends and loved ones how important they are to you.

For you, With much love,

Your Friend, Vishwajeet Singh

RJ Rahoul...Its little bit different...in loving memories "Aaj Bhi Kal Bhi"

My father used to say before experiencing Radiocity's RJ Rahoul's show "Kal Bhi Aaj Bhi". I am very lucky that i was one of them to had a talk of 7 minutes with RJ Rahoul on Radiocity 91.1. In living at Nagpur city, Large number of my friends most of them in their 60's used to tune up Radio after having an evening gossip walk. My father who always fondled to hear Hindi Bollywood songs of 70s and 80s. He used to say "Gone were the days when we had only one choice to listen to music on radio which was cheap. Local radio station VIVID BHARATI. 10.00 pm to 11.00 pm. That was the only time where we could recharge whole days work.

They were born and  brought up in a Joint family with a small rental accommodation in Pulgaon of Wardha district, when availability of good houses & money was less. with large number of mouths and bellies to feed. Their only entertain at that time they could afford was to buy a little transistor with a sharing from all brothers and hear to music.

Being adamant lover for music, unlike my father, when i started hearing RJ Rahoul,  I started loving music and RADIO CITY 91.1 aired in the skies of orange city Nagpur. I love the songs played by RJ Rahoul very much. I have installed a car stereo system in my room as it is very compact in size.

And I used to say " Meri Raaton ka Hamsafar and meri neendo ka saudagar RJ Rahoul"  At about 9.00 pm we all eagerly wait for RJ Rahoul, who serves us Hindi Songs from 1970 & 80 music which is pure like diamond to hear. Voice goes like "Its little bit different RJ RAHOUL" Aap Sun rahe hai Radio City ...kahi na jaaye,...kuchhi pal me RJ Rahoul..ke saath phir se Radiocity 91.1 par.

I have to patch up with my mother to allow me to hear RJ Rahol with a promise that I wont sleep in the Half way of the programs & take responsibility to switch off the radio Mid night.
The quality and selection of songs compared to other stations is at the best. Now I never try to compare with other stations. AS most of the stations were tried to play remixes and DJ Party songs at night.

The way he speak....I was very eager to meet him so that i can learn the way he speaks......RJ Rahoul..

He left Radiocity,,and he never discloses his real face to the people...always a sathi of every "Sukh and Dukh".. I really miss him and his voice..Now i have laptop...and even though I could not able to find his voice or recordings in internet...If anyone had a sample of his voice...please share it with me..I really need those words and the feelings, which i could hardly express.....Its little bit different RJ RAHOUL

Number of Ways To Celebrate Eco-friendly Ganesha Festival

Ganesh Festival is one of the main festivals celebrated blissfully and joyfully all over India. Lord Ganesha elephant headed god is believed to be God of power and wisdom. In India, people worship Ganesh before initiating any work.  Ganesh Festival is birthday of Lord Ganesh and beautifully decorated idols of different sizes are made for sale by specially skilled artisans. Ganesh festival or Ganesh Chaturthi starts with the installation of these Ganesh statues in colorfully decorated temporary structures in every locality.

The festival is also the time for cultural activities like singing and theater performances, orchestra and community activities. On final day of celebration, Ganesh idol is taken through the streets in a procession accompanied with dancing, singing, and fanfare to be immersed in a river. This is the ritual known as Ganesh Visarjan. All join in this final procession shouting “Ganapati Bappa Morya, Pudhachya Varshi Laukar ya” (means O lord Ganesha, come again early next year).

Everybody loves to decorate Ganesh idols beautifully and celebrate Ganesh festival with great zeal. But the most serious impact of the Ganesh festival on environment is due to the immersion of idols. The immersion of idols made out of chemical materials causes significant water pollution. The use of thermocol and plastic in pandals as well as for garlands and other decorations increases non biodegradable waste. The toxic waste from these materials kills plant and animal life in the water bodies. Celebrating eco-friendly Ganesh festival enables you to celebrate festival grandly without harming environment and other living beings. Following are some useful tips for celebrating eco-friendly Ganesh festival.

  • Use Eco Friendly Ganesh idol: As going green is the new mantra, say no to idols made of chemical, Plaster of paris, clay, plastic, thermocol (polystyrene). Opt for natural, biodegradable material so that after immersions (visarjan) it does not pollute water and surroundings. Natural products can be used to make the idol such as unbaked clay, coconut, paint with natural colours, etc.
  • Limit Size and number of Ganesh Idols in your community: Bigger size idols take much space. The height of the Ganesh idol should be limited maximum to 5 feet or 1.5 meters. Rather than keeping the idol for exhibition, the rituals of the festival should be performed properly. Huge idols also consume more clay or POP for its making, adding more waste to environment. It is difficult for immersion also as it takes time for dissolving in water and sometimes it does not dissolve completely hurting people’s sentiments. It also leads to traffic congestion and difficult to transport.
  • Save Energy: Switch on decorative lights during the “aarti” or “pooja” and evenings only when necessary. Replace traditional bulbs such as incandescent bulbs with compact fluorescent lights (CFL).Use energy efficient CFL tubes instead of bulbs to save electricity. Coloured papers can also be wrapped on bulbs to give more colours rather than buying expensive bulbs.
    • Natural colors for Rangoli: Use natural biodegradable colours for making Rangoli such as turmeric, henna, mehendi, rice powder, gulaal. Such colours do not pose a threat to human health and do not affect the environment also.
    • Eco friendly Decoration: In festivals people generally use plastic and non-degradable material. These materials add more danger to our environment when dumped as garbage later. You can use instead paper flowers or natural flowers for decoration. Natural materials like cloth, wood, paper can be used to make dolls, puppets, and bells to decorate around Ganpati idol. Make beautiful paper decoration instead of thermocol, which is also not degradable.
    • Ban Plastic: Offerings, Prasad, fruits which are carried to pandals are thrown here and there as garbage. Nobody takes care of that and it pollutes the environment. So Say No to Plastic Bags. Instead cloth bags can be encouraged which is very comfortable to carry, biodegradable and can be reused later. Discourage the use of Plastic Bags for disposing “Nirmalya” and other offerings and these should be disposed in a paper bag. Use natural plates like banana leaves instead of plastic plates for distributing Prasad. Disposable, non biodegradable plates, plastic sheets etc affect the environment.
    • Refrain from Noise Pollution: Avoid playing loud music which might create disturbance to others. Mridangam, Tabla and such low sound instruments can be used instead. Loudspeakers can create problem to hospitals, old age homes, and educational institutes. Speakers and microphones should be played between 6am and 10pm and people should abide by the rules. Avoid bursting firecrackers. Firecrackers will also affect the hearing of small children as well as aged people of the community. There is no rule as such to burst crackers. Firecrackers emit fumes which are harmful to health. They pose a threat to patients and public health.
    • Limit number of public pandals: More pandals means more noise more pollution and more dumped garbage. Instead of celebrating the same festivals at different pandals, make a huge pandal in the community and all the community members and people from neighborhoods can come and jointly celebrate the festival which will also reduce the number of immersions at the later stage.
    • Artificial immersion tank: The same water body used for immersion will be used for irrigation or drinking purpose which might cause health hazards later. Use can use artificial tank or artificial immersion tank instead of natural water source like river, lake or pond.
    • Awareness on Green Ganesh or Eco-friendly Ganesh: Understand the concept of the Ganesh festival in its true sense and its effects on our Mother Nature. More and more eco friendly ways should be developed and awareness should be spread among people. Prizes should be distributed to communities who promote eco friendly ways of celebrating festivals which will encourage others. Posters and videos can be shown among apartments sharing knowledge about eco friendly ways. Awareness drives and workshops should be conducted.
    • Compost pit for organic material: Collect separately after the festivals, the offerings of flowers, garlands often called “Nirmalya” and other organic material and put them in a community built compost pit. This compost material can be used to fertilize your garden. If you must immerse them, wrap them in newspapers instead of polythene bags as paper is biodegradable. Dried flowers can be used later to make natural colours or decorative paper for gifts.
    • Symbolic immersion: Instead of immersing Ganesh idol in a water body, it can be symbolically immersed at home. Some people use a metal or stone idol and symbolically immerse this in a bucket of water, or even carry it in procession to the sea, hold it under the water, and then bring it back home for the next year. A betel nut in place of the actual idol can be immersed in a bucket of water. Another way of immersion can be sprinkling a few drops of water on the idol and then wiping it off and keeping it for next year’s use.
    • 3Rs-Reduce, Reuse and Recycle: There are three key factors when thinking about how to recycle – The 3 R’s. The three R’s – reduce, reuse and recycle – all help to cut down on the amount of waste we throw away. Reduce is best way to manage waste. Reuse products in different ways. Recycling the Ganesh festival flowers and festival leftovers is another way to manage waste. Make natural color from flowers such as marigold and other festival leftovers can be used to make compost.
    • Ban Ganesha made of Plaster of Paris or hazardous chemicals: Ensure this Ganesh Festival, your apartment community or neighborhoods buy Green Ganesha and ensure you support or ban Plaster of Paris (PoP) Idols or idols made of hazardous chemical. These materials add up more damage to the environment. Spread awareness on the use of eco ganesha and drawbacks of hazardous chemicals and its effects on environment.
    • Form a group or team for celebrating Eco Friendly Ganesh festival in your neighborhood: Spread awareness by forming a group or a team in your community. Teach your younger generation and others the good effects of celebrating eco friendly Ganesh Festival.
      • Natural idols not only help environment but maintain Vedic significance of Lord Ganesh. Return to the traditional use of natural clay icons and immerse the icon in a bucket of water or a tank specially made for the purpose.
      • Ensure that the dyes used to color the idols are organic or vegetable in origin.
      • Ban on the immersion of plaster icons into lakes, rivers and the sea.
      • You can use idol of stone or metal for ganesh festival and symbolically immerse this in a bucket of water, or even carry it in procession to the sea, hold it under the water, and then bring it back home. Use the same idol for next year on ganesh Chaturthi.
      • Devotees bring fruits and flowers as offering for lord ganesh on the festival day. Polythene bags containing offerings, is usually immersed with the idols. Therefore, Say no to Polythene or plastic on this ganesh festival.
      • Banning or reducing the use of loudspeakers will go a long way in reducing noise pollution.
      • Encourage people to immerse the icons in tanks of water rather than in natural water bodies.
      • Offer incentives or prize for Residents or communities celebrating eco-friendly ganesh festival.
      • If one is using a POP idol, simply sprinkling a few drops of water on it as a symbolic immersion and donating the idol to be recycled for the following year.

    • You can celebrate your Ganesha festival without affecting or disturbing environment. Eco-friendly Ganesha festival enables you to celebrate festival grandly without harming environment and other living beings. Enjoy Ganesha festivali but also respect the nature. Encourage people to use environmentally safe idols and decoration. Collect offerings of flowers and other organic material and put them in a compost pit for fertilizing your garden.

Sevankur – A Grooming Ground for Youngsters

Jalgaon: Aug 20,
Imagine starting the new life with the most inspiring and exciting changes you’ve ever made to improve it.

Imagine having the energy and confidence to boldly make challenging changes in your life that improve your relationships and career.

Imagine yourself making a powerful difference in the lives of others--leading them, through your example, to a happier way of living.
Now imagine that you're not just daydreaming, but rather actively involved in making this your reality and that I'm right there with you making sure that you have the knowledge, support and motivation to succeed.

Prayas Amravati and Gandhi Research Foundation, Jalgaon had organized Sevankur Youth Motivation Camp at Gandhi Teerth, Jain Hills, Jalgaon during 17 to 20 Aug.  Dr. Bhanwarlalji Jain (Padmashree Awardee), Nileema Mishra (Ramon Magsaysay Awardee), Laxman Gole (a noted Gandhian Promoter), Pramod Kulkarni (Corporate Trainer), Yajurvendra Mahajan (Deepstambh), Rajesh Thombre (socially accepted surgeon), Uday Mahajan, Abdul Bhai, Satish More, and others were distinguished guest who have blessed the camp and serve the participants with their sharing of thoughts and activities in developing society and individual. With a serene atmosphere and indomitable spirit of “Do it” had deeply impacted individuals to chalk out their dream of Action. The camp also inspired youth by the august presence of Ranjeet Joshi (a veteran, awardee of 150 medals in paraolympic games). Sevankur, a platform for the youth, who want to live differently & want to make difference in others life too had contributed more than twenties Ideal and active personel e.g Santosh Garje, Sadanand Tayade, Dr. Prashant Kuchankar, Dr. Priyadarsh Ture, Mahesh Pawar, Devendra Ganvir, Rushikesh Khilare, Avinash Marshetwar, Alhad Kashikar, Ashwin Kandarkar, Dr. Digambar Nirmale, Mukesh Bhavsar, Manas Gajre, Manoj & Devyani Govindwar, Mohd. Shadab (a Blind Volunteer), Sarika Gaikwad, Utkarsha Metkar, Nidhi Kamdar, etc.

There are many youths (say about 10 % at primary level & 1 % at deeper level) who have this kind of seedlings in their hearts & want to lead their life in the spirit of the SEVANKUR. If the seedlings don’t get proper nurturing, it dies away. The dreams of many of them get evaporated with passage of time, due to lack of such platform at present. SEVANKUR is meant for this to nurture this ANKUR of SEVA in their hearts.

In our busy lives, we do not spend much time looking into our lives. We are bothered by the things that happen in our lives. So we need times where we forget everything else and come aside to spend time in Sevankur Camp with the Change Makers. This camp was organized for this purpose.

For the past five years, I've held the intention and had the dream of helping as many people as I possibly could make real and inspiring changes in their quality of life. That was the purpose behind my life and many thousands of people succeeded by following the real life stories shared in SEVANKUR Camp.

I'm happy and energized by each and every success story. But yet, over the years, I've been painfully aware that not everyone succeeds even when they have access to the right information. Making changes is sometimes difficult, even complex, and without the direct, one-on-one support of a caring and knowledgeable coach and mentor, continual setbacks can stand in the way of success.

Realizing this, it's been my hope and dream to have a motivation center where I could work directly with people who have the desire and longing to change but need some extra support, encouragement and expert insight to make it happen. And now, I'm very happy and excited to say that this dream has become a reality! – A sevankur insights and support make my dreams happens.

Sevankur Youth Motivation Camp was exclusively dedicated to helping young students make breakthrough transformations in most every area of their life. In Sevankur Camp Young students could expect to pay Rs.300 and for elder & Professional one Rs. 500 but if one couldn’t manage to pay for, don’t worry you too can get access to sevankur.

At this Sevankur Camp, all Members were delighted as VIP’s (with Seven Star facilities available by Jain) and Sevankur accept responsibility for their success--our goal is to help you achieve your goal and all the mentors were prepared with the knowledge, experience, and enthusiasm to help everyone succeed. Sevankur have the best, most result-producing sessions of life. All the members had interacted with each other and develop customized Goal plans and help educate and time by time, carved the Dream Action Plan.

Each session came with a capsule of Plans on our attitudinal behavioural Change,  Spiritual and Intellectual cofficient, and we enjoyed positive results by the time I  finished 4-day sevankur Camp, I had not only enjoyed incredible results, and I get the exposure of knowledge and experience to continue transformation on my own.

I have found Sevankur Motivational Camp as one of the most empowering and rewarding experience of my life. Yes, I worked hard almost toiled day and night, the all day workouts we did together which help me truly understand what result-producing, high-intensity thinking, caring and sharing is all about. I discovered a level of inner strength that i may not have ever before recognized was available to me. And my course in identifying lifetime intention and purpose requires some deep soul searching but if i want to live a truly meaningful life that inspires others and makes a difference, this is the work that has to be done.

Make no mistake, this is a challenging course. But, I think you'll be surprised at how satisfying, fun and uplifting the whole experience is. I am missing you my friends at Sevankur Camp.

I am looking forward to helping Sevankur Ideals in their project to achieve the meaningful and inspiring life that I’ve always dreamed of!!

KABIRA ...Revisited

Nahaye Dhoe Kya jo Mann Ka Mail Na Jaye
Meen Sada Jal Me Rahe Baas Na Jaye

Jaati Nahi Jagdeesh Ki Harijan Ki Kaha Hoye
Jaat Paat Ke Beech Me Doob Maro Mat Koe

Magan Gaye So Mar Rahe Mare Jo Magan Jaye
Tin Ke Pahle Vo Mare Hot Karat Hai Naahi

Kabira Khada Bazar Me Sabki Mage Khair
Na Kahu Se Dosti Na Kahu Se Bair

Satya Naam Jane Bina Hans Lok Nahi Jaye
Gyani Pandit Surma Kargeye Mue Upay

Bhav Bina Bhakti Nahi Bhakti Bina Nahi Bhav

Bhakti Bhav Ek Roop Doe Ek Subhav

Jin Khoja Tin Payeya Gahre Paani Paith
Mai To Bauri Bangayi Rahi Kinare Baith

Kaami Krodhi Lalchi Inpe Bhakti Na Hoy
Bhakti Kare Koi Surma Jaat Barna Kul Khoe

Guru Aagya Mane Nahi Chale Atpati Chal
Lok Ved Dono Gaye Aaye Sir Par Kaal

Hum Vasi Us Desh Jaha Baran Kul Nahi
Sabad Milava Ho Raha Deh Milava Nahi

Kaami Ka Gur Kamini Lobhi Ka Gur Daam
Kabira Ka Gur Sant Hai Santan Ka Guru Ram

Shabad Samhale boliye Shabad Ke haath Na PavEk Shabad Aushad Kare Ek Shabad Kare Ghav

Hindu Kaho To Mai Nahi Musalman Bhi Nahi
Panch Tatva Ka Putala Gavi Khaile Mahi

Chalti Chakki Dekh Ke Diya Kabira Roy
Do Patan Ke Beech Me Sabut Bacha Na Koe

Mali Awat Dekh Ke Kaliya Kare Pookar
Phooli Phooli Chun Layi Kaal Hamari Baar

Pahan Pooje Hari Mile To Mai Pooju Pahad
Tate To Chakki Bhali Pees Khaye Sansar

Shahib Te Sab Hot Bande Se Kachhu Naahi
Raai Te Parbat Kare Parbat Raai Maahi

Bura Jo Dekhan Mai Chala Bura Na Milya Koe
Jo Dil Khojo Apna Mujh Se Bura Na Koe

Satguru Ke Updesh Ka Sunio Ek Vichar
Jo Satguru Milta Nahi Jate Yam Ke Dwar

Mood Mudai Hari Mele Sab Koi Le Mudai
Bar Bar Ke Mood Te Bhed Baikuth Na Jaye

Ye Tan Vish Ki Belri Guru Amrat Ki Khaan
Sheesh Diye To Guru Mile To Bhi Sasta Jaan

Sai Itna Dijiye Ja Me Kutum Samay
Mai Bhi Bhuka Na Rahu Sadhu Na Bhookha Jaye

Daya Dharam Ka Mool Hai Paap Mool Santap

Jaha chhama Vaha Dharm Hai Jaha Daya Vaha Aap

Jo Til Mahi Tel Hai Jo Chakmak Me Aag
Tera Sai Tujh Me Hai Jag Sake To Jag

Ram Naam Ki Loot Hai Loot Sake To Loot
Phir Peechhe Pachhatyega Jab Pran Jange Chhoot

Mati Kahe Kumhar Se Tu Kyo Rondhe Moy
Ek Din Aesa Aayega Mai Rondhu Ki Toy

Ram Bulva Bhejaya Diya Kabira Roy
Jo Sukh Sadhu Sang Me So Baikuth Na Hoye

Jo Ghar Guru Bhakti Nahi Sant Nahi Mehman
Ta Ghar Yam Dera Diyaya Jeevat Bhaya Masan

Kabira Soyi Peer Hai Jo Jane Per Peer

Jo Per Peer Jane Nahi So Kafir Be Peer

Guru Bin Mala Ferta Guru Bin Karta Taan
Guru Bin Sab Nishfal Gaya Boojhoo Ved Puran

Mother, I bow to thee!

Rich with thy hurrying streams,
Bright with thy orchard gleams,
Cool with thy winds of delight,
Dark fields waving, Mother of might,
Mother free.
Glory of moonlight dreams
Over thy branches and lordly streams,
Clad in thy blossoming tress,
Mother, giver of ease.
Laughing low and sweet!
Mother, I kiss thy feet,
Speaker sweet and low!
Mother, to thee I bow.

Who hath said thou are weak in thy lands,
When the swords flash out in twice seventy million hands
And seventy millions voices roar
Thy dreadful name from shore to shore?
With many strengths who are mighty and stored,
To thee I call, Mother and Lord!
Thou who savest, arise and save!
To her I cry who ever her foemen drave
Back from plain and sea
And shook herself free.
Thou art wisdom, thou art law,
Thou our heart, our soul, our breath,
Thou the love divine, the awe
In our hearts that conquers death.
Thine the strength that nerves the arm
Thine the beauty, thine the charm.
Every image made divine
In our temples is but thine.

Thou are Durga, Lady and queen,
With her hands that strike and her swords of sheen,
Thou are Lakshmi Lotus-throned,
Pure and perfect without peer,
Mother, lend thine ear.
Rich with thy hurrying streams,
Bright with thy orchard gleams,
Dark of hue, O candid-fair
In thy soul, with jeweled hair
And thy glorious smile divine,
Loveliest of all earthly lands,
Showering wealth from well-stored hand!
Mother, mother mine!
Mother sweet, I bow to thee,
Mother great and free.

Thou art the ruler of the minds of all people,
Dispenser of India?s destiny.
Thy name rouses the hearts of the Punjab,
Sindhu, Gujarat, and Maratha.
Of the Dravid, and Orissa and Bengal.
It echoes in the hills of Vindhyas and Himalayas, mingles in the music of the
Jamuna and Ganga and is chanted by
The waves of the Indian sea.
They pray for thy blessings and sing thy praise,
The saving of all people waits in thy hand,
Thou dispenser of India?s destiny.
Victory, victory, victory to thee.

Question 10 Describe your ideal company, location and job.

TRAPS:  This is often asked by an experienced interviewer who thinks you may be overqualified, but knows better than to show his hand by posing his objection directly.  So he’ll use this question instead, which often gets a candidate to reveal that, indeed, he or she is looking for something other than the position at hand.
BEST ANSWER:  The only right answer is to describe what this company is offering, being sure to make your answer believable with specific reasons, stated with sincerity, why each quality represented by this opportunity is attractive to you.
Remember that if you’re coming from a company that’s the leader in its field or from a glamorous or much admired company, industry, city or position, your interviewer and his company may well have an “Avis” complex.  That is, they may feel a bit defensive about being “second best” to the place you’re coming from, worried that you may consider them bush league.
This anxiety could well be there even though you’ve done nothing to inspire it. You must go out of your way to assuage such anxiety, even if it’s not expressed, by putting their virtues high on the list of exactly what you’re looking for, providing credible reason for wanting these qualities.
If you do not express genuine enthusiasm for the firm, its culture, location, industry, etc., you may fail to answer this “Avis” complex objection and, as a result, leave the interviewer suspecting that a hot shot like you, coming from a Fortune 500 company in New York, just wouldn’t be happy at an unknown manufacturer based in Topeka, Kansas.

Question 11 Why do you want to work at our company?

TRAPS:  This question tests whether you’ve done any homework about the firm.  If you haven’t, you lose.  If you have, you win big.
BEST ANSWER:   This question is your opportunity to hit the ball out of the park, thanks to the in-depth research you should do before any interview.
Best sources for researching your target company:  annual reports, the corporate newsletter, contacts you know at the company or its suppliers, advertisements, articles about the company in the trade press.

A farewell Letter to new life

If God, for a second, forgot what I have become and granted me a little bit more of life, I would use it to the best of my ability.

I wouldn't possibly, say everything that is in my mind, but I would be more thoughtful of all I say…I would give merit to things not for what they are worth, but for what they mean to express..

I would sleep less, I would dream more, because I know that for every minute that we close our eyes, we waste 60 seconds of light.

I have learned so much with you all, I have learned that everybody wants to live on top of the mountain, without knowing that true happiness is obtained in the journey taken & the form used to reach the top of the hill.

Your Friend,

Gabriel Garcia Marquez, famous writer from Colombia ( familiarly known as "Gabo" in his native country), and Nobel prize winner for literature in 1982, has retired from public life for reasons of health. He has a form of cancer which is terminal. He has sent a farewell letter to his friends and it has been circulated around the Internet. It is recommended reading because it is moving to see how one of the best and most brilliant of writers expresses himself & with sorrow.

What is it? Science

Where is it? In the primary school, children are seeking simple answers to their questions, which usually begin with: ‘What is it?’ First of all, science is not a lot of things it was once thought to be; not a series of object lessons about a piece of granite, an old wasp’s nest, an acorn, or a tulip. It is not hit and miss like that, not learning the names of the parts of a grass- hopper or a flower; not learning to identify 20 trees, 20 insects, 20 flowers or 20 anything else.

What is science, then? It is a study of the problems that are found wherever children live. More formally stated, it is a study of the natural environment—not merely pieces of chemistry and physics and biology and astronomy and geology. Its content is connected with those subjects but it is a study of problems that pop into curious children’s minds as they live and grow from one day to the next, such as: What makes the wind blow? What’s in a cloud? What’s a stone made of? What does a bell do when it rings? How can a seed grow into a tree ? What makes a rainbow? Anyone who has ever worked with primary school girls and boys knows that most of them are full of questions like this and like to know the answers to them. Well, finding the answers to such questions— that is science.

And it need not be too technical. The full explanation is not what the l0-year-old needs. He could not understand that. It is a foundation in simple terms of the how, the when, the where, and the what of the things that happen around him every day. That is his science. He doesn't need the technical terms, the formulas and the detailed explanations. Those will come later, but when he is 10 he chiefly needs to get satisfaction out of his tendency to be curious. He needs to have his curiosity broadened, his interests nurtured and his enthusiasms encouraged. That is the kind of science which fits him and with which he is able to deal.

It is generally true that a well-informed person is an interesting one, and some information regarding the environment is one of the pieces of equipment that go to make up an informed individual. That does not mean that you expect to pump your pupils full of facts that they can merely use to fill up blank spaces in conversation. It means that you want to help them to come to learn generalizations or meanings which they can use in interpreting problems in their environment.

One aim in science, then, is to teach generalizations that can be used by pupils in interpreting the problems they come across in their daily living. The more nearly we can come to studying the problems that really make a difference in the lives of girls and boys the closer we are to having a science program.

You don’t want your girls and boys to grow up to be sloppy thinkers. The method by which science generalizations were originally discovered is the kind of thinking we hope they can be trained to achieve. We may call it a scientific way of getting the right answer. There is nothing brand-new about this idea. Probably you have been doing it for years in arithmetic and other subjects: defining the problem, suggesting several hypotheses, gathering evidence, drawing conclusions, checking conclusions. That does not mean that every time a problem comes up you get out these steps and make pupils climb them.

3:16:00 AM Reporter: Vishwajeet Singh 0 Responses

3:14:00 AM Reporter: Vishwajeet Singh 0 Responses

RJ Rahoul...Its little bit different...in loving memories "Aaj Bhi Kal Bhi"

1:47:00 AM Reporter: Vishwajeet Singh 0 Responses

10:40:00 PM Reporter: Vishwajeet Singh 0 Responses

2:54:00 PM Reporter: Vishwajeet Singh 1 Response

Bachpan Tera Beet Gaya Aur Jati Teri Javani Hai

Haath Guru Ka Thamle Varna Beech Bhawar Me Dubjayega
Ek Din Aisa Aayega

Bade Bhagi Hai Guru Sang Jisne Jeeawan Safal Banaya Hai
Guru Charno Se Preeti Karli Ant Guru Me Samayega
Ek Din Aisa Aayega

Mother, I bow to thee!

1:03:00 AM Reporter: Vishwajeet Singh 0 Responses

Rich with thy hurrying streams,
Bright with thy orchard gleams,
Cool with thy winds of delight,
Dark fields waving, Mother of might,
Mother free.
Glory of moonlight dreams
Over thy branches and lordly streams,
Clad in thy blossoming tress,
Mother, giver of ease.
Laughing low and sweet!
Mother, I kiss thy feet,
Speaker sweet and low!
Mother, to thee I bow.

Who hath said thou are weak in thy lands,
When the swords flash out in twice seventy million hands
And seventy millions voices roar
Thy dreadful name from shore to shore?
With many strengths who are mighty and stored,
To thee I call, Mother and Lord!
Thou who savest, arise and save!
To her I cry who ever her foemen drave
Back from plain and sea
And shook herself free.
Thou art wisdom, thou art law,
Thou our heart, our soul, our breath,
Thou the love divine, the awe
In our hearts that conquers death.
Thine the strength that nerves the arm
Thine the beauty, thine the charm.
Every image made divine
In our temples is but thine.

Thou are Durga, Lady and queen,
With her hands that strike and her swords of sheen,
Thou are Lakshmi Lotus-throned,
Pure and perfect without peer,
Mother, lend thine ear.
Rich with thy hurrying streams,
Bright with thy orchard gleams,
Dark of hue, O candid-fair
In thy soul, with jeweled hair
And thy glorious smile divine,
Loveliest of all earthly lands,
Showering wealth from well-stored hand!
Mother, mother mine!
Mother sweet, I bow to thee,
Mother great and free.

Thou art the ruler of the minds of all people,
Dispenser of India?s destiny.
Thy name rouses the hearts of the Punjab,
Sindhu, Gujarat, and Maratha.
Of the Dravid, and Orissa and Bengal.
It echoes in the hills of Vindhyas and Himalayas, mingles in the music of the
Jamuna and Ganga and is chanted by
The waves of the Indian sea.
They pray for thy blessings and sing thy praise,
The saving of all people waits in thy hand,
Thou dispenser of India?s destiny.
Victory, victory, victory to thee.

Question 10 Describe your ideal company, location and job.

2:00:00 AM Reporter: Vishwajeet Singh 0 Responses

1:59:00 AM Reporter: Vishwajeet Singh 0 Responses
TRAPS:  This question tests whether you’ve done any homework about the firm.  If you haven’t, you lose.  If you have, you win big.
BEST ANSWER:   This question is your opportunity to hit the ball out of the park, thanks to the in-depth research you should do before any interview.
Best sources for researching your target company:  annual reports, the corporate newsletter, contacts you know at the company or its suppliers, advertisements, articles about the company in the trade press.

A farewell Letter to new life

6:42:00 PM Reporter: Vishwajeet Singh 0 Responses

If God, for a second, forgot what I have become and granted me a little bit more of life, I would use it to the best of my ability.

I wouldn't possibly, say everything that is in my mind, but I would be more thoughtful of all I say…I would give merit to things not for what they are worth, but for what they mean to express..

I would sleep less, I would dream more, because I know that for every minute that we close our eyes, we waste 60 seconds of light.

I have learned so much with you all, I have learned that everybody wants to live on top of the mountain, without knowing that true happiness is obtained in the journey taken & the form used to reach the top of the hill.

Your Friend,
Gabriel Garcia Marquez

Gabriel Garcia Marquez, famous writer from Colombia ( familiarly known as "Gabo" in his native country), and Nobel prize winner for literature in 1982, has retired from public life for reasons of health. He has a form of cancer which is terminal. He has sent a farewell letter to his friends and it has been circulated around the Internet. It is recommended reading because it is moving to see how one of the best and most brilliant of writers expresses himself & with sorrow.

What is it? Science

2:20:00 AM Reporter: Vishwajeet Singh 0 Responses
