Words Can Hurt, But Love CAN heal

You know I love you,

yet I am blue.

Yesterday,

It was the best.

You and I,

up on that mountain,

the happiest,

most radiant expressions.

The day was ours,

and O, did we take it!

We molded it into what we wanted,

and had our fun with it.

But,

When we came down from that Mountain,

all was not grand.

You stuck me,

with seemingly loving,

although vicious words.

Oh, they haunt me,

and I have not been able to put them out of my mind.

Who is this person you think of?

Perhaps, it is OK,

Or,

Maybe I am overreacting.

But Dear,

I love you, and can not bear to lose you.

Please remember this....

I can forget your words,

but I can not go on without your happiness

For,

your happiness is my happiness.

And,

I truly love you.
